Asian Cooking Demo - Louis Huang, manager of Churchill’s Steakhouse and mentor/coach for the Ferris High School Culinary Team, will present demos on: fried rice, fusion cooking, noodles, Sukiyaki, bamboo steamers and sushi rice 101. Empty Bowls - Eighth annual hunger-relief fundraising event co-sponsored by the Moscow Food Co-op, the Palouse Studio Potters Guild and Heart of the Arts. Enjoy a bowl of soup in a handmade bowl. A Royal Wedding Extravaganza - A celebration of Prince William and Kate Middleton’s upcoming nuptials hosted by the Southside Community Center. Enjoy a gourmet meal and wedding cake prepared by Washington State’s 2011 Chef of the Year, Elijah Dalager; a performance by Pages of Harmony choral group; a silent auction; and raffle including a replica of the famous sapphire and diamond engagement ring worn by Princess Diana and now by Kate Middleton. Murder Mystery Dinner and Silent Auction - Presented by the friends of OutSpokane, in celebration of its 20th anniversary and to benefit the Spokane Pride Parade and Festival, held on June 11.
