Diamond Park’N Jet and Second Harvest Food Drive - During August, Diamond Park’N Jet, 5602 W. Sunset Highway, will offer a free day of airport parking or a free car wash to people who donate three or more cans of food to benefit Second Harvest Food Bank. Walk for Wishes - Family-friendly 5K walk for all fitness levels and ages (conducive to strollers), to support the Make-A-Wish Foundation, which grants wishes to children with life-threatening medical conditions.
