Motorcyclist injured in Coeur d’Alene collision
Idaho State Police responded to a collision involving a motorcycle near Coeur d’Alene about 8:27 p.m. last night.
Brendon J. Lind, 23, of Coeur d’Alene, was westbound on Best Ave. on a Kawasaki ZR750 and Darren Wardsworth, 47, of Coeur d’Alene, was eastbound on Best Ave. in a Chevrolet Trailblazer, according to an ISP news release. Wardsworth stopped in the turn lane to northbound 10th Place then turned left in front of Lind, causing them to collide.
Lind was taken to Kootenai Medical Center, where he was in good condition Saturday evening. Wardsworth was uninjured.
ISP is investigating.
