For the week of Dec. 19-23
Monday – Option 1: Swiss steak with tomatoes, rosemary red potatoes, vegetable blend, breadstick, peaches. Option 2: Clam chowder, cheese sandwich, vegetable blend, peaches.
Tuesday – 1: Polynesian pork with steamed rice, green beans or carrots, dinner roll, pudding.
2: Chicken sandwich, tomato basil soup, pudding.
Wednesday – 1: Barbecue chicken, hashbrown potatoes, broccoli-cauliflower blend, cornbread, melon cup. 2: Vegetable frittata, cornbread, melon cup.
Thursday – 1: Pork roast with gravy, scalloped potatoes, green beans, dinner roll, applesauce. 2: Meat taco with cheese, lettuce, tomato, salsa and sour cream, applesauce.
Friday – 1: Roast turkey with gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, vegetable blend, fruit, dessert. 2: Baked ham, garlic mashed potatoes, vegetable blend, fruit, dessert.
