Santa Express – Runs through Friday. Shoppers ages 4-12 choose inexpensive gifts priced from 50 cents to $8 for everyone on their list and wrap each gift so it’s ready to go under the tree. Vanessa’s Village, located in the entry of Santa Express, welcomes shoppers of all ages. Fundraiser for Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery, a safe shelter for kids who are at risk of neglect or abuse. Play In A Day - Christian Youth Theater - North Idaho, in conjunction with Chill Bucket Productions, will host its third annual fundraiser. This year’s show will be a musical review of “Mary Poppins.” This event is free to kids between the ages of 10 and 18. All participants are asked to register online before the event. Make-a-Wish Online Volunteer Training - The nonprofit foundation needs help to continue granting wishes to children with life-threatening medical conditions. The local chapter is hosting two online volunteer trainings for potential volunteers. Jan. 17. Free. 800-304-9474.
