Castlegar beats Spokane Braves in junior hockey

The Castlegar Rebels erased a 2-1 deficit with three second-period goals to beat the Spokane Braves 4-2 on Sunday in Kootenay International Junior Hockey League action at Eagles Ice-A-Rena.

A.J. King and Tanner Slarks scored for Spokane (18-25-1-2), and Garrett Barr made 32 saves in the Braves’ fifth consecutive loss.
