Summer Exercise Class for Seniors – Nia: Class uses movements from dance, martial arts and healing arts to create an effective, safe and expressive class. Introduction to Herbal Medicine Making Workshop Series – Hands-on, beginner level class provides practical skills in herbal medicine making for a variety of applications. Summer Herbal Medicine Class: Saturday, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Class covers St. John’s Wort and other herbs in season. Camp Fun in The Sun – July 24-30. A camp for children living with diabetes. Nationally recognized by the American Camping Association.
