Garden Clinics - WSU Pend Oreille County Master Gardeners will offer free diagnosis and advice this summer to those with home garden and landscape issues. Library locations and times include Newport Library, Thursdays, 6-8 p.m.; Pend Oreille Valley Library in Cusick, Wash., second and third Tuesday of each month, 6-8 p.m.; and Ione Library, second and fourth Tuesday of each month, 1-3 p.m. Plant and insect samples for clinics can be dropped off at the Extension Office, 418 S. Scott, on weekdays from 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Garden questions and pictures can be emailed to cmack@wsu.edu or phoned in at (509) 447-2401.

Home and Garden Tour - Tour five homes and gardens in and around Palouse, Wash., sponsored by the Friends of Holy Trinity Chapel.
