Monday – Option 1: Macaroni and cheese, herbed green beans, stewed tomatoes, French bread, fruit. Option 2: Chicken breast sandwich, herbed green beans, stewed tomatoes, French bread, fruit.
Tuesday – 1: Butter beans with ham, spinach, cornbread, vegetable salad, fruit. 2: Chicken Caesar salad, spinach, cornbread, vegetable salad, fruit.
Wednesday – 1: Fish filet with dill sauce, mashed potatoes, carrots, biscuit, fruit. 2: Beef stew, mashed potatoes, carrots, biscuit, fruit.
Thursday – 1: Swedish meatballs, peas and carrots, spiced carrots, rye bread, cookie. 2: Tuna sandwich with vegetable beef soup, peas and carrots, spiced carrots, rye bread, cookie.
Friday – 1: Portuguese pork with peppers and rice, broccoli, wheat dinner roll, fruit. 2: Sloppy Joe on a bun, broccoli, wheat dinner roll, fruit.
