Rotary celebrates with lights

The Spokane Valley Rotary Club will host its annual Celebration of Lights and Christmas tree lighting at University City at 5:30 p.m. Thursday. The event usually includes live entertainment and a visit from Santa. University City is at Sprague Avenue and University Road.
