Eastern Washington outlasts Boise State in five games
Junior Shelby Puckett had a career-high 22 kills Wednesday as Eastern Washington outlasted Boise State 3-2 in nonconference women’s volleyball at Reese Court.
Junior Cora Kellerman added 21 kills as the Eagles improved to 2-2.
Lindsay Niemeier contributed 27 assists and 12 digs for the Eagles, who won the final game 15-11.
Puckett had back-to-back kills in the final game to snap an 11-all tie. After a Broncos timeout, EWU’s Laney Brown aced her serve.
