The Sept. 11 memorial ceremony hosted by the Spokane Valley Fire Department will begin at 6:40 a.m. on Sept. 11 at the new administration building, 2120 N. Wilbur Road. The time was wrong in Thursday’s Valley Voice due to incorrect information provided to the newspaper.
