Bicyclist seriously injured in car collision

A driver was arrested for investigation of vehicular assault after a collision with a bicycle in Spokane. KREM reports the bicyclist was in serious condition after the accident early Sunday on Spokane’s South Hill, at 29th Avenue and Martin Street.
