• Coffman Engineers rehired Jim Rogers as a mechanical engineer. Rogers holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Washington State University and an associate’s degree in computer-aided drafting from ITT Technical Institute in Spokane. He previously worked for MW Consulting Engineers. The company also hired Kari Hanson as a mechanical drafter and Aaron Bagley as an electrical drafter. Hanson previously worked for SCAFCO as a mechanical drafter and holds a degree from ITT Technical Institute. Bagley holds an associate’s degree in architectural technology from Spokane Community College.

Keith Humphrey has been hired by Spokane Teachers Credit Union as a business loan officer II. He previously worked for Sterling Savings Bank as a commercial banking officer/financial analyst and has 20 years of banking and lending experience. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business management from Eastern Washington University. STCU also hired Jeff Mularski as a real estate manager in origination and sales. He previously served as vice president/production manager for Washington Trust Bank. • The Washington State Department of Veteran Affairs appointed Brian Teed as superintendent of the Spokane Veterans Home. Teed previously worked in naval hospitals as a hospital corpsman for the Navy and with the Marine Corps. He has extensive long-term care experience and holds a bachelor’s degree in management and a master’s degree in business administration/health care management.

Donna Goodwin has been promoted by Family Home Care and Hospice in Liberty Lake from vice president of operations to chief clinical officer. The company also promoted Ryan Fix from vice president of business development to chief business officer.

• Specialty Homecare Lifeline hired Butch McConnell to lead the company’s Philips HeartStart AED product division. He has more than 22 years of experience as an emergency medical technician. He is also an American Heart Association instructor and operates Initial Response of Spokane.

Nicole Floyd has been hired by Red Lion Hotels Corp. as vice president of finance and hotel operations. She previously served as chief financial officer of DigiDeal Corp. and has more than 10 years of financial analysis experience. The company also hired Todd Mascarin as director of financial reporting and analysis. He has more than 20 years of experience in finance and accounting and previously worked as a corporate controller for Itronix Corp. in Spokane.

• Fidelity Associates Insurance and Financial Services hired Scott McGann. He previously worked for Payne Financial Group in Spokane. He holds a degree from the University of Southern California and has 18 years of insurance industry experience.

Thomas Shrum has been hired as a patent attorney for Lee and Hayes. He previously worked for the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office in Alexandria, Va., as a patent examiner.

• The YMCA of the Inland Northwest has named Steve Tammaro president and CEO. He previously served as chief operating officer/senior vice president of the YMCA of Metropolitan Denver and has more than 30 years of YMCA leadership experience.
