Kootenai County sheriff

Elijah Martin, Athol, reported Tuesday the $1,550 theft of a rifle, four handguns and cash and $250 damage to a window of his home on the 2100 block of East Silver Spur Road.

Terry Alger, Post Falls, reported Tuesday the $1,800 theft of a boat motor from his home on the 1700 block of North Cecil Road.

Mildred Satchwell, of Satchwell Farms, reported Tuesday the $400 theft of a heavy equipment battery and $3,015 damage to wiring of a 2002 CaseIH SPX4260 sprayer parked at her property on the 10000 block of North state Highway 41 in Post Falls.

Lynn Milnick, Hayden, reported Wednesday the $400 theft of an eight-foot Alpine pine tree from her home on the 16000 block of North Morgan Lane.
