FRANKLIN, Verlin (Age 60) Passed away December 8, 2012.

She is survived by her husband; Stephen Dutt of Spokane, WA.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Sunday, December 16, at the West Central Multi-Cultural Seventh Day adventist Church, 1201 W. Spofford Ave. in Spokane.
