• Aaron Fielder has been promoted to vice president/commercial banker for RiverBank. The company also promoted Ashley Morales to assistant vice president/commercial banker. Fielder and Morales have been with the bank since 2006.

• Payne Financial Group has hired Lisa Wren as an analyst for the company’s Business Development Center in Spokane. She previously worked as a marketing specialist at Kemper Preferred and as a product instructor for Applied Systems.

• Cameron Brinkman, Henry Johnston and Tony Poston have been elected as new members of the Pullman Chamber of Commerce’s board of directors. Chuck Morrow has been named as the board’s 2013 president.

• The American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living presented Avalon Care Center at Northpointe in Spokane with a 2012 Silver Achievement in Quality award for providing outstanding quality care.

• Ruben Mayes has been hired by Pullman Regional Hospital as chief development officer. He previously served as director of strategic and transformational gifts for PeaceHealth in Vancouver, Wash., and played in the NFL for seven years.

• The Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of Washington presented Michael Rydbom with its Don C. Burnham Lifetime Achievement Award. Rydbom works for AIA Hub Insurance and has worked in the industry since 1976.

• Rachel Proctor has been hired as an associate attorney for Paine Hamblen LLP’s Spokane office.

Marketing

• Quisenberry Marketing and Design hired Alissa Stone as a junior account executive.

Miscellaneous

• Leo Tracy has joined Spokane Clock in North Spokane. Tracy previously owned Tracy Jewelers in Spokane Valley and managed repairs at Larsen’s Clock Center.

Nonprofit

• Potlatch Fund presented Martina Whelshula with its Patricia Whitefoot Education Award during the organization’s 10th annual gala. Whelshula is executive director of The Healing Lodge of the Seven Nations youth residential treatment facility in Spokane Valley.

• Marty Gonzales has been named executive director of Mobius Spokane. He previously served as director of Mobius Kids and has been with the organization since 2005.

• Spokane Neighborhood Action Partners (SNAP) has hired Lucy Lepinski as chief operating officer. She previously worked for Spokane Housing Authority as director of assets. She has 21 years of senior management experience and 18 years of local nonprofit experience.

• Steve Taylor has been appointed national sales manager for Knight Wall Systems. He previously worked as market sales manager for Stock Building Supply of Spokane.
