Winter Winemaker’s Dinner - Chef Evan Ellison and sommelier Ryan Biesen have crafted a menu to complement wines from Chateau Ste. Michelle and Three Rivers. The five-course dinner includes: savory lobster crepe, haricots verts and Maytag bleu cheese beef tenderloin wraps, pork osso bucco, a chocolate waffle Napoleon with drunken blackberry compote and white chocolate ganache.
