Bruce C. Evarts died peacefully on February 21, 2012 at his home in Spokane with family members after an extended battle with cancer.
Bruce was born to Neil and Margaret Evarts of Post Falls on August 23, 1943.
Bruce earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of Idaho, then lived and worked in Spokane, Toronto, El Paso and Tacoma.
He enjoyed travel, the ocean, philosophy and friendship.
If you knew Bruce, he probably called you a friend.
Bruce loved his family.
Each one of his children was special to him.
His jokes and laughter could light a room up.
Bruce is survived by his wife Sandee, his mother Margaret, his sons, Derek, Craig and Ryan and his daughters Dawn and Andrea.
His heart belonged to his grandchildren, Josh, Mitchell, Sophia, Alyssa, Aryana, Mylah and Ryder.
He was the best “poppy” ever.
His memorial is Saturday, June 2nd at 2:00 pm at New Testament Christian Church, N. 4903 Regal, Spokane.
