Passed away June 22, 2012 in Spokane Valley, WA.

She was born on April 6, 1931 in Spokane, WA, where she was also raised.

Anna attended Holy Names Academy, Gonzaga Uni-versity and Sacred Heart Nursing School.

After graduating from nursing school, she became a phlebotomist and later worked as a librarian.

Anna married Donald Marsh on November 4, 1961 and together they were members of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church for many years and for the past 12 years have been members of St. John Vianney Catholic Church.

Her time spent as a librarian began her love for books and she was a voracious reader.

She also enjoyed gardening and loved spending time with her family.

Anna is survived by her husband of over 50 years, Donald Marsh of Spokane Valley; and her five children, Denis and his wife Debbie of Vancouver, WA, Michael and his wife Sharyn of Chicago, IL, Helen and her husband Paul Cramer of Spokane, John and his wife Norene of Atlantic Beach, FL and Paul of Jacksonville, FL; as well as eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Francis and Magdalena Fruehschuetz.

Visitation will be held Thursday, June 28, 2012 from 3 PM until 5:30 PM at Hennessey Valley Funeral home, with a Rosary Service to follow at 7 PM at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 503 N Walnut Road, Spokane Valley, WA 99206.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, June 29, 2012 at 11 AM, also at St. John Vianney.

Interment will be at St. Joseph Cemetery, 17825 E Trent Ave., Spokane, WA 99216.
