Monument will be dedicated

Greenwood Memorial Terrace Cemetery will dedicate a monument of Mary Caroline Davidson Seymour, an early Spokane Police Department jail matron, today at 2 p.m.

Seymour served from 1910 to 1932. The event is open to the public.

The cemetery is at 211 N. Government Way.
