Suspect in sight: Spokane police Officer Gordon Grant draws his service weapon on a man suspected of stealing a car near the corner of Cataldo Avenue and Howard Street in Spokane on Wednesday. Officers chased the man from Value Village to a fenced lot and made the arrest.
