Undeterred by detour: Madison Apartments’ custodian, Harold Collins, watches Charlie and Barbara (Chas and Babs) take a detour during their midday walk, around a crashed Nissan pickup truck that hit the apartment building Wednesday at Madison Street and Railroad Alley in Spokane. The driver was cited for improper lane change and hit and run.
