Mrs. Kineen was born October 22, 1958, in Spokane, WA., where she graduated from Spokane Falls Community College.
She worked in several fields, including semiconductors and retail sales, and led a nationwide fleet remarketing business for 15 years.
She attended New Beginnings Apostolic Church in Tracy, CA.
Survivors include her husband of nearly three decades, Jerry Kineen of Tracy; four children, Todd Stewart of Spokane, WA., Phoenix Gabriel of Spokane Valley, WA., Katrina Stewart of Liberty Lake, WA., and Laura Sylvester, of Benton City, WA.
; mother, Betty Jenks of Post Falls, Idaho; three brothers, Ted Bellusci of Seattle, Lenny Hadden of Missoula, MT., and Damon Heib of Overland Park, Kansas; a sister, Jacoba Cordrae of Missoula, MT; and four grandchildren.
