Coeur d’Alene police

Gerald Nutter reported Thursday $400 damage to a door and window and the $1,300 theft of jewelry and DVDs from his home on the 1300 block of North Fifth Street.

Brenen Stice reported Monday the $610 theft of cologne, prescription medication and stereo equipment from his 2002 Nissan Xterra parked at his home on the 2500 block of West Timberlake Loop.

Kootenai County sheriff

Matthew Taylor, Hayden, reported Saturday the $800 theft of two chain saws from a home on the 8800 block of North Chateaux Drive.

James White, Post Falls, reported Friday the $2,120 theft of two firearms and tools from a storage unit on West Seltice Way.

Joseph Holman, owner of Panhandle Auto and Commercial, reported Thursday the $475 theft of an air compressor, cash and tools and $300 damage to parts on vehicles at the business at 19897 West state Highway 53, Rathdrum.
