Chili Cook-Off - The Spokane Public Market will be hosting the second-annual chili cook-off. Learn to Make Cheese - Chrys Ostrander will instruct this basic home cheesemaking course. There will be a demonstration of the steps involved in making five types of cheese using raw goat milk: fresh chevre, fresh dry curd cottage cheese, feta, quick acid cheese and a pressed cheese for aging.
