Obituary: Simpson, Clark H.
Age 60
He succumbed from a hemorrhagic stroke that swiftly took him away from us.
Clark was born September 10, 1953, to Dick and Margaret Simpson of Edwall, Washington.
He attended school at Edwall grade School and graduated from Reardan High School in 1971.
He went to the University of Idaho for two years then completed his degree as a Diesel Mechanic at Spokane Community College.
He farmed in Pendleton, Oregon for several years then moved to Alaska to practice his trade in the oil fields and gold mining regions of northern Alaska.
He made his home for more than 35 years in Fairbanks and lived his 60 years of life to the fullest.
He experienced many adventures with his trusting and loyal friends, leaving them shocked and saddened by his death.
He will join his beloved father Dick Simpson, in the Edwall Cemetery.
Clark is survived by his mother, Margaret Simpson of Pullman, WA; older brother, Jerry Simpson and wife Jo of Pendleton, OR; little sister, Carol and brother-in-law Ken Robinson of Moscow, Idaho; and his ex-sister-in-law, Colleen Simpson of Spokane, WA.
He dearly loved his six nieces and nephews, Jared (Jen) Simpson, Lorisa (Justin) Von Wolffradt, Jennifer (Chris) Larson, Jenelle Simpson, Brenda (Jay) Hansen, and Scott Clark Robinson.
Clark was an honest, generous, strong, kind man that touched many lives and endeared countless friends.
We will dearly miss him!
