‘The Nutcracker’

Popovich Comedy Pet Theater
Family-oriented blend of the comedy and juggling skills of Gregory Popovich and the talents of his performing pets. All of the show’s 15 cats and 10 dogs were once strays and were rescued from animal shelters. Now they love to show off on stage by performing a variety of stunts and skits.

Northwest Bach Pre-Festival Winter Classics Tour
Zuill Bailey, cello, and Natasha Paremski, piano, will perform a varied program including J.S. Bach, Frederic Chopin and sonatas of Claude Debussy and César Franck. A preconcert reception and interactive discussion with Bailey and Paremski will be open to ticket holders. Presented by Connoisseur Concerts, which will present the 36th annual Northwest Bach Festival Feb. 25-March 9 in Spokane. Bailey is the Bach festival’s new artistic director.

Celtic Thunder
Celtic vocal troupe is on tour with “Mythology,” offering a modern twist on old Celtic storytelling. Featuring the six principal singers, Emmet Cahill, Keith Harkin, Ryan Kelly, George Donaldson, Neil Byrne and Colm Keegan, in addition to the eight-piece Celtic Thunder Band, all performing folk, traditional Irish, adult contemporary, rock and classical music styles.
