Vacant home burglarized; copper wire, pipe stolen
The burglary of a vacant Spokane Valley home sometime during the past two months resulted in the theft of copper pipe and wiring throughout the residence.
Spokane Valley sheriff’s Deputy Wade Nelson responded to the burglary on the 7300 block of East Mission Road on Tuesday, a news release said. The property manager said the theft included copper pipe and wiring inside the walls of the home. He estimated the damage at around $10,000. The manager also said he has had at least 20 homes broken into over the past few months, ranging from low-priced homes to others worth more than $400,000.

Tipsters do not have to give their name to collect the cash reward.
