Creature Feature: Zepher, a short haired cat

Zepher arrived at the Spokane County Regional Animal Protection Services shelter Sept. 27. He’s an adult neutered male short haired cat. Shelter workers say he’s friendly and likes to nuzzle. Workers also say he purrs when he is being held.

Adoptions of cats 6 months or older are $40 and include spay or neuter, first set of vaccinations, health check, microchip and first year’s license.
