Obituary: Bina, Nora Ann

Age 33

BINA, Nora Ann (Age 33) Nora’s name was chosen because it means “light”.

Though light may flicker and wane, it’s shine can never be forgotten.

Our love for Nora will continue to burn bright.

Her lilting laughter and sweet voice, her poetry, wisdom, intellect, and culinary talent will be deeply missed by all.

A wounded oyster has the ability to turn a cutting grain of sand into a precious pearl.

And as Nora said “from pain comes a pearl”.

Nora is survived by her beloved daughter Pearl; her mother Phyllis Bina; her father Greg Bina; her brother Tim Ford; her loving sister-in-law Cindy Ford; and her sister Felicia Darwen.

A small gathering at her favorite park in Spokane, WA will be held Sunday, September 29th at 1:30 PM starting at the main entrance of Manito Park: 17th and Manito Blvd.

A “Bell of Hope” memorial foundation has been set up through Mental Health America in Nora’s name in lieu of flowers please donate: http://www.mentalhealthamerica.net/.
