Obituary: Vose, Karen K.
Age 73
Karen grew up in the Seattle, WA., area.
On March 24, 1962 in Edmonds, WA., she married the love of her life, Robert E. Vose.
They were happily married for more than 51 years.
Karen and Robert later moved to Cle Elum, WA., in 1968, where the family was very active in many community organizations.
Karen and Robert were instrumental in founding the local community theater group known as “The Ember Players”.
In 2003 Karen and Robert moved to Spokane, WA., to be closer to family.
Karen was a professional ballet dancer in Seattle, WA., and operated her own dance studio for over 25 years in Cle Elum, WA.
Her passion for the preforming arts and her love of teaching dance touched many lives.
She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
Karen was preceded in death by her parents, Virgil and Bessie Corning and her brothers: Robert and Don Morehead.
She is survived by her son, Paul (Tammy) Vose; her daughter, Lorna (Aron) Jones; and her seven grandchildren: Brian, Rachel, Taylor, Michael, Kyle, Isaac and Kayden.
