Obituary: Hoard, Dora Mae

HOARD, Dora Mae (Age 97) Dora passed away on Friday, May 16, 2014 at the age of 97.

Dora is survived by her son, Barry Hoard; and her daughter, Janette (Hoard) Hawson; two grandchildren and three great-grandchildren all of Spokane, WA.

Hoard was a retired Episcopal Priest’s wife, as well as a Military wife of the U.S. Army Air Corps, the U.S. Air Force, and the Strategic Air Command.

Dora was the greatest mother ever.

She spent her life “serving” her family, both immediate and extended, as well as everyone who ever had the good fortune to know her.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, May 31, 2014 at 10:00am at the Episcopal Church of the Resurrection (ECOR) located at 15319 E. 8th Ave., Veradale, WA.

The Reverend Linda Bartholomew will be officiating.
