We asked our Facebook friends what winter activities and events they most look forward to in the Inland Northwest. Here’s a sampling of what they said:

Cody Wyatt Marchand

Late night bonfires, taking the kids sleigh riding on the back hills, also the night we as a family go out and “hunt” for our holiday tree.

Driving. I LOVE driving in the snow! oooh… and the ICE! I love scraping off my car, sliding down the on-ramp, and watching giant trucks barrel past knowing that 4-wheel drive doesn’t help you stop. A few years ago I watched the first snowflakes falling and all I could think about was driving… it was then that I knew I’d become an adult, a horrible, boring, curmudgeonly adult.
