48th Annual Holiday Crab Feed and Benefit Auction for Kids - The Exchange Club of Spokane Foundation Inc. hosts its annual benefit, supporting Spokane Child Abuse Network, Children’s Home Society of Washington, and the Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery. Christmas Tree Elegance Holiday Luncheon and Fashion Show - Visit the historic Davenport Hotel for a holiday luncheon at 11 a.m. and a tea and fashion show at 3 p.m. While you’re here, view the 12 trees and their gifts displayed on the mezzanine and buy a ticket to win a raffle of 18 prize packages – each of which include a themed, custom-decorated tree and can include gift certificates, items and cash. Six trees are also on display on the skywalk level at River Park Square. The luncheon and tea and fashion show will be held in the Grand Pennington Ballroom at the Davenport Hotel. Make-A-Wish Season of Wishes Holiday Wine Tasting and Auction - This event benefits the Spokane branch of the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Alaska and Washington. This year’s goal is to raise $15,000, allowing three wishes to be granted to local children suffering from life-threatening medical conditions. Seating times are at 6-7:30 p.m. or 7:30-9 p.m. Guests will have the chance to bid on six outstanding silent auction baskets, as well as the opportunity to purchase Mystery Gift Card Envelopes with values of $25, $50 and $100.
