Obituary: Conner, Daniel L.
Age 66
He is survived by his children, Maria Conner Sturgeon, Jeffrey Daniel Conner, granddaughters, Isabella and Violet Sturgeon; wife of 28 years Rita; sister Kathy (Conner) Shireman, nieces, Nancy and Melissa.
Dan served in Vietnam with the United States Marines and was a longtime resident of Spokane.
He was an avid golfer and enjoyed fishing.
He will be greatly missed by all who experienced his smile and good humor.
We know that he is now in God’s care and find comfort that he will be re-united with his family and his Dad, who died too young.
A celebration of Dan’s life will be held on October 16th at Northern Quest Casino at 4:00 p.m. A graveside service for family and close friends will be held on October 17th at the Veterans’ Memorial Cemetery in Medical Lake, WA.
at 11:15 a.m. Dan’s family would like to express their heartfelt thanks to the wonderful staff and chaplain of the VA Hospital and hospice care for their unfailing compassion in caring for Dan.
