 Trindera Engineering has hired Janell Schneiderman as a document control specialist and Samir Leon as a project engineer. Schneiderman has more than seven years of experience in document control and was previously a field service agent at Northside Elite Field Services. Leon was an electrical engineer with ETS Automation Inc. He has experience in programming and software.

Marketing

 Sarah Schwering has been hired as director of marketing and communications at Gonzaga University. Schwering served for four years as an adjunct professor at the Gonzaga School of Business Administration. She also served as an account director and marketing consultant for Desautel Hege Communications.

 Market Vision Advertising has hired Cody Hanson as a social media and SEM specialist, Kellen Boyle as an audio designer and Jaci Bayless as a graphic and Web designer. Hanson is certified in Google Adwords. Boyle has experience in capturing, composing, editing and auditory design. Bayless was previously an intern with Market Vision and served as a student consultant for Eastern Washington University’s Multimedia Commons.

Nonprofit

 Crystal Hillier has been named chief financial officer of Spokane Housing Ventures. Hillier was previously a senior property accountant for Catholic Charities.

 Marnie Rorholm has been named managing director for Spokane Civic Theatre, effective Oct. 3. Rorholm was previously the office manager of Business and Developer Services for the city of Spokane.

 The Spokane Area Workforce Development Council has named Jessica Cato as workforce program manager. Previously, Cato was a career specialist at Next Generation Zone.

 Katherine Morgan has been named president and chief executive officer for the Greater Spokane Valley Chamber of Commerce.

 The Spokane Central Lions Club has announced the following officers: president, Jeff Snow; first vice president, Ted Schinzel; second vice president, Chuck Monson; secretary, Laura Wintersteen-Arleth; treasurer, Scott Opperud; membership chair, Steve Ball. The board of directors was also announced: Sandy Eberle, Cheryl Roberts, Jerry Johnson, Cliff Miller, Rodger Lake and Jeff Wendel.
