He is survived by his daughter Lindsey and Clay Hammond and his two grand-daughters Chloe and Layla Hammond and his brother Bill McDowell of Heppner, OR with several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents Bill and Norma McDowell and his sister Annette Shipman.
As per his request no services will be held.
