Obituary: Lamp, Raymond Kennedy “Dee”

Age 73

LAMP, Raymond Kennedy “Dee” Raymond “Dee” Kennedy Lamp unexpectedly left this world on Monday, February 2nd at his home in Seattle.

He was a special man, always a gentleman, always sporting a wonderful tie and he treated everyone the same.

He was loved and respected by all.

Born in Spokane, WA February 15th, 1942, he shared his father’s first name and birthday.

He was the second son of Raymond Holmes and Marie Cunningham Lamp.

His older brother, Bob, gave him the nickname ‘Dee’.

Brothers John, Donald, Thomas and Christopher followed.

Tom was there to greet Dee as he left this world.

Rosary 10:15 a.m. Thursday, February 12th followed by funeral mass at 11a.m.

at St. Benedict’s Parish at 4901 Wallingford Ave North, Seattle.

Interment will be at Fir-Conway Lutheran Cemetery, Skagit County (Melinda’s family cemetery.)

Reception following interment.
