Obituary: Rosenthal, Tammie Lynn (King)

Age 56

ROSENTHAL, Tammie Lynn (King) (Age 56) Entered into rest on January 25, 2015 in Spokane, WA.

Tammie was born third of three daughters to Joanne and Iredelle Rosenthal on October 7, 1958.

She attended grade school in Spokane, junior high in Missoula, MT and high school at Central Valley in Spokane.

It was in high school she met her best friend, Jesse Trindle whom she kept a strong connection and friendship with until the day of her passing.

She treasured his friendship and called him the “Brother” she never had.

Tammie worked 27 years for Columbia Lighting where she was very dedicated and loved her job, but was forced to retire do to health reasons.

As a child, she loved to go hunting with her father and called him her “hunting partner”.

Tammie loved country music, family get togethers, holiday gatherings and traveling with friends.

She was an animal lover and had a special place in her heart for her dogs, Pugley and Bess.

She loved her family and the last words she said to each of us was “I love you”.

She enjoyed all of her nieces and nephews and each held a special place in her heart.

Tammie is survived by her father, Iredelle; two sisters, Teresa Creek and Carol Carr.

She is preceded in death by her mother, Joanne; grandparents, Mary and Tony Rossi and William and Beatrice Rosenthal; and two aunts, Helen Madison and Joyce Rossi.

Our family wants to thank Riplinger Funeral Home and Crematory for their compassion shown to our family during this difficult time.

Inurnment was held at Holy Cross Cemetery, Spokane, WA followed by a private family memorial service.
