Otter to tour Cape Horn fire zone

Gov. Butch Otter will travel to North Idaho Thursday morning to be briefed on the status of the Cape Horn fire.
Weather and conditions permitting, the governor will fly over the fire in an Idaho National Guard Blackhawk helicopter. After he lands, Otter will get a briefing from the incident commander and fire staff in Bayview and he’ll visit with firefighters.
