33rd Annual Historic Skills Fair and Mountain Man Encampment This event brings you back to a bygone era of the Inland Northwest. Participants, dressed in period clothing, demonstrate historic skills such as blacksmithing, quilting, spinning, flint knapping and rug-making. Coeur d’Alene Kinetic Festival This celebration of art, engineering and movement includes a kinetic sculpture parade as well as other activities. Spokatopia Outdoor Adventure Festival A one-day outdoor adventure festival along the Spokane River. Outdoor enthusiasts and their families can try stand up paddleboarding, kayaking, disc golf, rock climbing and mountain biking; learn about and try other outdoor activities, products and gear at vendor booths; and enjoy fun, creative entertainment including music, freeride bike stunts and local brews. 11th Annual History Day and Speeder Rides Come see the latest renovations to the Potlatch Idaho Depot and ride the rails. This family-friendly event mixes the excitement of rail car rides with model trains and local railroad and logging history. Four one-hour trips eastbound and four westbound.
