She was born June 13, 1941 to Annabelle McInnis and Harold Babcock Jacobs on.

Preceded in death by stepfather, Lenex Fullerton; mother, Annabelle Fullerton; father, Harold Jacobs and husband, Wayne Fontenot.

Survived by three children: Debbie (Aaron) Medres of Chattaroy, WA; Robert (Wendy) Fontenot of Bismarck, ND; Delora (Jeff) Hofstader of Spokane, WA; sister and brother-in-law: Anita and Connie Burnett; grandchildren: Johnnie, Joshua, Kimberly, Kathryn, Colton, Emily, Nathan, Libby, Abby; and 12 great-grandchildren.

Memorial Service SOZO Church, Spokane, WA, July 17, 2015 4:00 PM, Graveside at Evergreen Cemetery Priest River, ID Saturday, July18, 2015 1:00 PM.
