5: The Doobie Brothers

The Doobie Brothers’ trademark sound – a blend of rock, R&B, country, bluegrass, hard rock, funk, jazz and rock ’n’ roll – has produced a string of hits stretching over four decades, including “Listen to the Music” and “Takin’ It to the Streets.”
