Vikings, Badgers fail to advance

Rylan Bergersen scored 27 points on 10-of-13 shooting and Borah cruised past Coeur d’Alene 67-51 in a State 5A play-in game Saturday in Grangeville, Idaho. The Lions shot 50 percent from the field while holding the Vikings (15-9) to 33 percent shooting. Colby Daniels led Coeur d’Alene with 17 points and Tony Naccarato added eight points and seven rebounds.

Parma 45, Bonners Ferry 44: Tanner Kramer scored 13 of his team-high 17 points in the first half and the Panthers edged the Badgers (11-11) in a play-in game in Grangeville. Bonners Ferry’s Kaleb Stockton hit five 3s and scored a game-high 20 points.
