Keys to victory: The Lady Vols struggled against the size of Gonzaga’s front line until forwards Bashaara Graves and Cierra Burdick began slashing into the lane late in the 73-69 overtime win over the Bulldogs. The good news is that Tennessee matches up well inside against Maryland. However, the Lady Vols have to find an answer to stop Maryland’s guards. All three Terps top guards create their own matchup nightmare because all three average better than 13 points a game.

Keys to victory: Have more than a 17-point lead late in the second half. Tennessee ramped up the pressure and defensive intensity against Gonzaga. They also have a mission. The Lady Vols are trying to get back to Tampa for the Final Four, the place where former coach Pat Summitt won her last title in 2008. Maryland just needs to remember how they got there and get the ball to its three guards. The Terrapins also need to feed Jones inside to exploit the Lady Vols’ somewhat lack of size on the front line.
