A semi blocked traffic on Highway 395 south of Lind Wednesday morning after it rolled, spilling paint and solvent.
The highway was re-opened around noon Wednesday.
The collision happened just before 4 a.m. Wednesday, the Washington State Patrol said in a news release.
The truck caught fire after crashing, but the driver was not injured, WSP said.
WSP, the Department of Transportation and the Lind Fire Department responded to the scene.
Northbound lanes were fully blocked and southbound lanes are partially blocked as responders worked to clean up the scene.
