Jazzed for justice

The Center for Justice hosts its eighth annual Jazzed for Justice benefit on Wednesday night.

The event features a jazz concert as well as food, drinks and the chance to support the center, which provides civil legal and other services in Spokane. Jazzed for Justice is its major fundraiser.

The 2015 event features jazz performer Julia Keefe for the third year in a row. London’s Ultimate Catering is providing the appetizers. Beverages come from River City Brewing in Spokane as well as local wineries.

The event takes place at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Hamilton Studio, 1427 W. Dean Ave. Tickets cost $40 in advance and $45 at the door. Additional drink tickets are $5 each. Call (509) 464-7602. On the Web: http://cforjustice.org/jazzed-for-justice.
