Spokane Housing Ventures recently entered a parent-subsidiary merger with Northwest Association for Housing Affordability, which adds 14 properties to the nonprofit’s portfolio and allows them to serve nine new counties.
Spokane Housing Ventures will also move from its current location, 715 E. Sprague Ave., to 2001 N. Division St. early next year.
