Annual fine arts and crafts fair moves to the Spokane Public Library. Proceeds benefit the library and the Spokane Art School educational programs.

When: Nov. 13-14, 10 a.m.-5:30 p.m. A preview party with silent auction will be held 5-8 p.m. Thursday. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased at http://spokaneartschool.net/event/yuletide-2015/
